		<description><![CDATA[Lindsay -- it is my understanding that White River 50 Miler is still happening this year.    As far as I know, Scott McCoubrey is still planning to serve as race directorbut that it won&#039;t serve as the US 50 Mile Trail championships.     However, it will not be serving as the USATF 50 Mile Trail Champs this year; there was concern over having to championship races (Burning River 100 mile championship race) on the same day.]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[I think Tony is equally adapt at racing as Geoff is, but I think hammering with Kilian just did him in. Geoff just timed his hard efforts better than Tony, and was fresher when it counted. He never let himself get out of contention even through his bad patch. Some good insight into his race here.
